5 pounds chicken wings
¼ C flour
1 t salt
½ t black pepper
vegetable oil
6 T margarine, melted
tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each wing into 2 pieces.
Place flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag.
Shake chicken in bag to coat.
Fry wings in deep fryer in vegetable oil.
In a saucepan, melt margarine and stir in tabasco sauce - to taste.
Pour over wings, cover, and shake wings until coated.

Serve with bleu cheese dressing.
