1½ pounds sirloin steak, cut in ¼" strips
1 can mushrooms
¼ C flour
¼ t black pepper
1½ t salt
3 T margarine
garlic powder
¼ C onion, chopped
2 cans condensed mushroom soup, 10½ oz cans
1 C water
1 package egg noodles, cooked and drained
8 ounces sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Shake meat strips in a bag with the flour, salt, and pepper.
Brown in skilled with margarine.
Add onion and garlic powder.
Combine mushroom soup with water - add to meat mixture.
Add mushrooms.
Simmer about 20 minutes.
Turn off.
Add sour cream.

Serve over egg noodles.
