¼ c flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
4 boned chicken breasts,pound thin
¼ c butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 lemons
capers(2-3 tsp)
1 can(4 oz)sliced mushrooms with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour,salt&pepper in ziplock baggy(be sure no holes!)with chicken-shake breasts& coat them.
Heat oil&2 tbsp butter-sauté breasts on each side.Remove
Squeeze juice out of1 lemon.Put into pan.
Cut other lemon in slices&put in pan.Put in other2 tbsp butter,capers&mushrooms.
Stir,heat,thicken.Put breasts back in,coat well.Bake@350ºfor~½hr.
Serve with rice.
