4 salmon fillets
1 lime
To taste: Ruth Ann's seasoning from Penzey's or any citrus pepper seasoning
4 T. butter
To taste: pepper
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Use a 9x13 Pyrex dish. Cover bottom with olive oil.
3. Rinse and pat dry salmon fillets. Place them skin-side down in dish.
4. Squeeze lime all over the salmon.
5. Season with seasoning and pepper to taste.
6. Place pats of butter on each fillet; 1 T. per fillet.
7. Bake 20 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
