⅓ c Oil
1 tsp Salt
¾ c Sugar
¾ c Apple Vinegar
3 Tbsp Water
1 can Shoepeg Corn
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 c Celery, chopped
1c Red Pepper, chopped
Bag of Scoop Tortilla Chips

Optional - Sweet Onion, chopped / Cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain canned items. Place the canned items, celery and red pepper in a large bowl. Mix well the oil, salt, sugar, apple vinegar and water. Pour liquid mix over items in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with Scoops Tortilla Chips
