1 c (4 oz) uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c grated cheese (cheddar or American)
⅔ c milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Boil the macaroni as per package directions, drain. Melt the cheese in the milk. Pour over macaroni in a buttered casserole dish, mix. Bake for 15 minutes.

This is a good, easy recipe but not very special. If you have a better mac and cheese recipe, please share it with me!
