˝ ounce Vodka
˝ ounce Gin
˝ ounce Rum
˝ ounce Tequila
˝ ounce Triple sec
1 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce cranberry juice
˝ ounce 151-proof Rum

1. Mix all ingredients, except the 151-proof Rum, and pour over ice.
2. Insert a straw and carefully drizzle the half shot of 151 Rum down the straw.

The ‘Wicki’ is essentially a shot of 151-proof Rum with a modified long island chaser. This is a favorite of my girlfriend, Dana, and I whenever we frequent Cafe Bernardo in downtown Sacramento...but don’t imbibe past one! It contains a total of 4 ounces alcohol. So be careful and enjoy!
