1 ½ c. rotini pasta
3 T. pesto
1 T. olive oil
¼ t. salt
½ t. granulated garlic
⅛ t. pepper
½ c. grape tomatoes; halved
½ c. small (pearlini) mozzarella balls (I use Babybel rounds cut into 1/8's)
2 leaves fresh basil; finely shredded

1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta until al dente; approximately 10 minutes.
2. Mix pesto, oil, salt, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Add rotini and toss to coat. Fold in tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
