¼ lb. butter
1 c. wild rice
½ c. slivered almonds
2 T. chopped chives/onions
½ lb. sliced mushrooms
3 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except broth in a frying pan. Cook until rice turns yellow.
2. Put in a casserole dish with broth and cover tightly.
3. Bake at 325º for 2 hours.
