6 slices bread
8 oz. grated cheese
1 lb. sausage; cooked and drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk or cream
1 t. salt
½ t. Beau Monde seasoning
¼ t. dry mustard
½ t. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bread and cube each piece into 9 pieces. Line bottom of 9x13 dish with the bread. Add cheese. Place cooked sausage over cheese. Blend eggs, milk and spices together. Pour over the bread and cheese and sprinkle top with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
