1 can white beans; drained and rinsed
1 can red kidney beans; drained and rinsed
1 lb. ground Italian sausage
3 t. minced garlic
4 c. chicken broth
1 15-oz. tomato sauce
1 15-oz. tomatoes; diced and undrained
2 celery ribs; chopped
2 carrots; chopped
1 c. ditalini pasta-cooked al dente
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 ½ t. dried Italian seasoning blend (or ½ t. each of basil, thyme and oregano)
¼ t. red pepper flakes
Toppings: fresh basil, pepper and parmesan

Sauté meat and garlic in pan. Add all the remaining ingredients to the crockpot with the meat mixture, except pasta. Cook on high 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours. Stir in pasta, garnish and serve.
