3 T orange juice
2 T low-sodium soy sauce
1 T rice vinegar
1 T honey
1 t bottled minced garlic
2 t bottled ground fresh ginger
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º

Combine first 6 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with a whisk. Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish.

Bake at 450º for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with the sauce.

I made a slight tweak to the directions. I mixed up the basting sauce and used it as a marinade for the fish. I marinated the fish for a couple of hours, then baked as directed, using the marinade as a basting sauce during cooking.
