1 head of cauliflower
1 can of chicken broth
1 c. yellow onions, diced
2-3 carrots, grated
salt to taste when complete
½ t. thyme
½ t. basil

1 cube butter/margarine
⅓ c. flour
1 pint half & half
4 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break cauliflower and steam, cook thoroughly, drain, and smash cauliflower well.
2. In a separate pan, cook onions, carrots, seasonings, and chicken broth until tender.
3. Add cauliflower (Cauliflower must be all the way cool)

White sauce
1. Stir flour and butter together to make a paste
2. Add half and half
3. Once sauce thickens melt in cream cheese pieces
4. Add white sauce to other mixture.
