1 can 15-oz. chickpeas; drained and rinsed
2 small garlic cloves; minced
pinch of ground cumin
pinch of ground nutmeg
5 T. olive oil
2 T. tahini
1 T. water (more if needed)
3 T. fresh lemon juice
¾ t. salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse until smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed for texture. Put in airtight container and refrigerate. Lasts up to 5 days.
