5 slices bread cubed
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (no need to drain)
1/2 cup butter melted (one 1/4 lb stick)
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs well beaten

OVEN 325º 60 minutes

Scatter cubes in the bottom of 2 quart casserole. Mix other ingredients . Pour over cubes and mix well.

I mentioned bread pudding before and John turned up his nose at the thought of "bread " pudding. I didn't tell him this time. HE LOVED IT.

SO EASY SO FAST So Good and use up those last few slices .
