1 large egg white
½ c. sugar
¼ c. brown sugar, packed
2 t. cinnamon
2 c. raw almonds
1 c. raw pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk egg white and 1 T. water until frothy; about 2 minutes. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine nuts with egg mixture until well combined. Stir in sugar mix until evenly coated.
5. Spread onto baking sheet in an even layer.
6. Bake 25-30 minutes; stirring halfway through.
7. Cool completely before serving.
