Onions
Peppers
Mushrooms
Spinach
Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray;
Layer ham into bottom of each muffin tin;
Mix eggs with a little water, onions, peppers, mushrooms or whatever you like;
Pour into each tin (alternatively you can just drop an egg into each tin);
Top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese;

Bake at 400º for 15 minutes
