1 lb. hot ground pork sausage
½ c. Ranch dressing
2 (2.1-oz.) packages frozen mini-phyllo pastry shells, thawed
½ c. pickled jalapeno slices; drained
½ c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble; drain.
3. Return sausage to skillet; stir in Ranch dressing.
4. Spoon sausage mixture evenly into phyllo shells.
5. Place shells on a baking sheet. Top sausage cups evenly with pepper slices; sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes or until pastry shells are browned.
