2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 box pasta (elbows or cavatappi)
16 oz. Cheese Wiz (reduced fat or regular)
Breadcrumbs - optional
Stewed tomatoes - optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; While that is cooking create the white sauce - Melt butter in medium saucepan; add flour and make roux, slowly add milk and stir until hot and then add Cheese cut up into small chunk size pieces for quicker melting.
2. Drain pasta and put into greased 9x13 pan; pour cheese mixture over pasta and mix;
OPTIONAL IDEAS: Sprinkle with breadcrumbs; add stewed tomatoes to half;
Freeze now or bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly;
