1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts; drained and choppped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. crumbled mild goat cheese (Chavrie with basil and roasted garlic is the best)
¼ c. freshly grated parmesan
1 baguette; sliced and lightly toasted

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients but the baguette and put in small baking dish.
2. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
3. Serve in baking dish with baguette slices spread around the dish.
