1 pound calamari cleaned and cut in rings
1 cup flour
1 or 2 eggs
1 or 2 cups of panko
½ tsp garlic powder per ½ cup of panko


Tartar Sauce
1 cup mayo
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp green relish
1 tbsp minced onion
salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven 440 degrees
place parchment paper on baking sheet. spray oil. place flour in bowl, 1 egg in separate bowl, panko and garlic in third bowl.
Place ring in flour then egg, then panko. Place on baking sheet not touching.
Bake 10 min., turn with tong and bake another 10 min.

Tarter Sauce
Combine mayo relish and onion and stir. Add lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Place in fridge minumum 1 hour.
