Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
¾ cup melted butter
½ cup sugar

Filling:
4 8oz cream cheese
1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
½ cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
6 eggs separated
½ cup sugar
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: mix crust ingredients and pat into bottom of 9x13 pan. Do not bake before filling with cream cheese mixture.

Filling: Beat the filling ingredients thoroughly in blender or electric mixer. Beat egg whites with ½ tsp salt until stiff abut not dry. Fold into cream cheese mixture with spatula. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes (usually requires longer than 30 minutes). Cool before serving. Top with pie filling or fresh fruit.
