1 box Acini 'de Pepe pasta
1 can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 can Pineapple Tidbits, drained
2 cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
Cool Whip

Sauce:
1 c. Sugar
2 T. Flour
½ tsp Salt
¾ c. Pineapple Juice
3 Eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed. Prepare sauce by cooking all ingredients in a sauce pan over low to medium-low heat until thick. Cool sauce. Pour over pasta and mix well. Let pasta with sauce cool thoroughly in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Before serving, add all fruit (drained) and mix. Fold in Cool Whip (use at least an 8 oz container of Cool Whip, more if desired).

TIP: Drain your pineapple while your pasta is cooking & use that juice for the sauce. No need to buy pineapple juice.
