Boston Butt Pork Roast, any size (preferably bone in but either will do)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Any rub ingredients that you love, I just use the above

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Roast Butt fat side up for 1 hour. Lower temperature to 200º. Cook all night and into the next day. Many ovens turn off automatically after a certain length of time (mine is 12 hours) so watch for that.
Shred and use your favorite homemade or store bought BBQ Sauce
