4 Bone-in or Boneless Pork Chops

Marinade:
⅓ Cup Light or All Purpose Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 Cloves of Garlic
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place marinade ingredients in ziplock bag, massage to combine. Add Chops and massage to coat with marinade. Marinate for 1 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Minimum for thin Chops is 1 hour; Minimum for thick Chops is 3 hours. Take Chops out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking. Cook on the grill using residual marinade to baste chops while cooking.

This marinade will make any pork chops or steak extra juicy as well as infusing it with great savory flavor and a touch of sweet. Soy sauce is the secret ingredient. It does not taste the least bit “Asiany” or soy saucy.
