10 eggs
2¼ c milk
1½ tsp ground mustard
½ tsp salt
1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
2 c cubed white bread
1½ c (6oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in the sausage, bread crumbs and cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13 necking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
