1 ½ de Yellow Potato (Preferent)
100 gr (approx 3.5 oz) Olive
100 gr (approx 3.5 oz) Raisins
100 gr (approx 3.5 oz) Fresh Cheese
½ Chicken Breast, cut into very small pieces
1 Onion
1 Teaspoon Garlic
3 or 4 eggs
Paprika
Spice pepper like jalapeño (Peru uses Mirasol Pepper)
Chuño (Corn flour or Potato flour)

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan, fry the garlic, the onion, a little bit of seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chicken breast. Fry and have that juicy filling. In another pot, cook the potatoes and eggs. When the potato is cooked, press it and mix it with salt to taste and a little oil. Then put corn flour or potato flour in both hands and assemble the potato with the filling. Add the filling that you fried before with a olive, egg and fresh. Close the filling and shape it and then bathe it with corn flour or potato flour. Fry the potato in plenty of oil.

You can serve with Criolla salsa, and the extra filling and rice.
