¾ cup Whole wheat coarse flour (can mix whole wheat and shoji)
¼ cup Almond flour
2 cup Hot milk (Any milk works here)
½ cup suger
4 tbsp melted ghee (clarified butter)
1 tsp cardamom powder (elaichi)

Garnish:
Slivered almonds

1. Heat the ghee in a large non stick pan.

2. Add wheat flour and mix well without forming any lumps. Cook on medium flame stirring continuously for 5 to 7 mins until it turns golden and aromatic.

3. Add almond flour and sugar.

4. Pour the hot, boiling milk over wheat mixture stirring continuously. Be careful as the mixture will splutter. Keep stirring continuously till the wheat flour will absorb all of the milk.

5. Add ¼ tsp. cardamom powder and some slivered almond. Mix well.

Finally, garnish and serve Atta ka Halwa.

Sheero is one of the traditional indian desserts recipe prepared especially during the festival seasons and offered as prasad. it is mainly served with puri and black chana especially during festival seasons. Our family likes to eat some time in a breakfast also.
