1 lb beef (ground chuck or round)
1 egg
1/4 c bread crumbs
dash pepper
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp flour
2 c liquid (mushroom juice and water)
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat with egg, bread crumbs, seasonings and half the onion soup mix. Shape into round balls and brown in oil. Remove meatballs from pan. Add flour to drippings and stir while it browns lightly. Blend in liquid, stirring until smooth. Stir in remaining soup mix. Add mushrooms and cook five minutes. Return meatballs to pan and simmer in gravy. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
