1 tbsp sesame seeds (toast these ahead of time)
3 scallions finely chopped
3 or 4 garlic cloves minced or garlic powder to taste
5 tbsp soya sauce (less if desired)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp Accent
1/8 tsp pepper

Brown the sesame seeds lightly over low heat and set aside. Slice the steak on the diagonal in very thin slices. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over steak slices and let stand about 30 min. Drain meat, strain marinade and reserve. Broil steak slices as near the source of heat as possible for 30 seconds or longer and turn. Serve with fluffy rice and reserved marinade.
