1 lb. Hamburger
¼ c. Margarine
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
10 ¾ oz. Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Medium Onion
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
4 oz. Can Mushroom Stems & Pieces, drained
1 c. Dairy Sour Cream
2-3 c. Hot Cooked Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir hamburger and onion in margarine in 10-inch skillet until hamburger is light brown. Stir in flour, salt, garlic slat, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over hot noodles.
