3 c. (25 oz) Jar Applesauce
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add applesauce and lemon juice. Chill in favorite mold or bowl.

In our family, this is affectionately know as "Grandma Jello". It is a staple at every family get-together, potluck and holiday meal. The recipe is easy to double and usually is to have enough to go around.
