REGULAR-SIZED RECIPE:
1 1/2 C. whipping cream
1/4 C. light-colored corn syrup
1 12-oz. package (2 C.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

LARGER RECIPE ( 1.5 X)
2 1/4 C. whipping cream
1/4 C. + 2 T. light-colored corn syrup
18 oz. (3 C.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a medium saucepan, bring whipping cream and corn syrup to a simmer. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla; let stand for 2 minutes. Whisk the mixture until smooth and melted.
2) Cover and chill about 1 1/2 hours or until mixture reaches spreading consistency, stirring occasionally.
3) Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.

Frosts tops and sides of two 8" or 9" layers.
