1 Pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed and drained
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 Can Durkee Dried Onions, divided
½ Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together but only adding ½ Cheese and ½ Durkee Onions.

Bake in covered casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray (Pam) for 30 minutes at 350º

Remove from oven and add the rest of the cheese and onions. Return to the oven and bake until browned and cheese is melted.

You use to be able to buy a mixed frozen vegetable that had Broccoli, Carrots and Water Chestnuts. They discontinued that quite a few years ago, so I use 1 Pkg Broccoli Cuts, 1 Pkg of Crinkled Carrots and 1 can Water Chestnuts (drained). When you make up your own blend, you will have to adjust the rest of the recipe. You can do that to your taste.
