1/4 c Crisco (or butter or margarine) - melted
1/3 c cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c milk
1 1/2 tp vanilla
3 1/3 c powdered sugar (sift if it's lumpy)

Directions:

Combine melted shortening, cocoa and salt
Then add milk and vanilla
Mix in sugar - 1/3 at a time
Mix until smooth and creamy
Add more sugar to thicken or more milk to thin if needed
