1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup soft butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ½ cups four
raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine powdered sugar, soda, cream of tartar, salt, butter, egg and vanilla. Beat on low speed until well blended.

Gradually add flour. Blend at low speed until well mixed. If desired, tint dough with food coloring. Chill dough 15-30 minutes.

Use cookie press to shape cookies. Press small indentation in center and put a small amount of jam in the center. Bake at 350º 5-8 minutes until set but not brown.
