Lasagna Noodles
Meatballs (optional)
4 -5 Eggs
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Romano Cheese
4 cups of Pasta Sauce
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in water after it boils - put lasagna in one at a time - when cooked spread on waxed paper.

Put 2 lbs. Ricotta in mixing bowl. Add a little salt and pepper; add 4 or 5 eggs one at a time; add some grated Romano cheese; Put mixture in refrigerator until lasagna cools.
Mash meatballs.
1. Put a little sauce in 13x9 pan (not too thick)
2. Layer lasagna 3 across
3. Spread Ricotta, mozzarella cheese - dribble it around
4. Spread mashed meatballs - some sauce, grate some Romano - sprinkle the
mozzarella and repeat.
