Extra Large Whole Brie

Red Grapes

Green Grapes

Red Onion

Coriander

Birds Eye Chilli

Balsamic Glaze spoonful

Directions:
Directions:
Make slits with a knife across the top of the brie
Put some garlic cloves under the slits
Pour some white wine into the slits
Bake the brie in the oven for around 20 minutes or until it starts to bubble

Chop the grapes in half and mix together in a bowl
Finely chop a red onion and a red birds eye chilli
Mix in fresh coriander
Add a tablespoon of balsamic glaze

Serve with crusty bread
