10-20 ounce homemade meatballs & sauce
1 jar (2lbs) of Prince or Ragu sauce
1 pound lasagna noodles (Uncooked) - Donna says use the whole box
1 package (12-16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 package (8 oz. or more) mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Generously oil the bottom and sides of lasagna pan (13 x 9); then cover bottom of pan with a thin layer of sauce.
2. Lay down a layer of UNCOOKED noodles: on top of noodles, crumble some meatballs, drop some cottage cheese around, sprinkle some mozzarella, parmesan cheese and parsley, then pour some sauce around.
3. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with sauce.
4. Cover TIGHTLY with foil (2 layers if thin foil) set on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for one hour.
5. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 mins. before serving.

Personally, if I had Maureen's homemade meatballs and sauce in my freezer or accessible to me, I would not crumble them and put them in lasagna! I would eat them fresh over pasta. - Julianne
