1 pkg Polish Sausage
1 pkg bacon
1 lb brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º.
Slice sausage into 1-inch slices. Cut bacon in half.
Wrap sausage with ½ piece of bacon secure with a toothpick. Cover the bottom of a deep pan. I use a disposable tin foil pan. Place wrapped sausage in brown sugar in the pan. Pour remaining brown sugar over sausages. Bake for 45 minutes at 375º. Serve hot. Remove from sugar mixture to serving dish.
