2 oz cranberry sauce syrup
2 oz bourbon
1 oz clove infused simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cranberry syrup: Bring 1 can jellied cranberry sauce and 1/2 c water to boil stirring often.

Clove infused simple syrup: Bring 1 c granulated, 1 c water, 1 Tbsp whole cloves to a boil. Simmer until all sugar is dissolved. Cool and store in fridge.

Combine all 4 ingredients. Serve over ice. Garnish with a fresh cranberry speared on a Rosemary sprig

We had dinner at Hardware in North Aurora a few weeks before Christmas. This drink was their holiday special. The rosemary garnish was so fragrant that it made the drink memorable.
You might be able to substitute cranberry juice for the syrup.
