6-7 boiled eggs
1 T Mayonaise
2-3 oz. cream cheese
1 t mustard
1-2 T sweet pickle relish
pepper and salt to taste
paprika sprinkled on top

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut eggs in half and place yolk in a bowl. Add ingredients to the yolks and mash with a fork until creamy and well blended. Spoon mixture into the egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Top with a slice of green olive or sprig of fresh herbs.
NOTE: Every holiday deviled eggs are a requested dish from Sandi's nephews and sons.
