1 Tbsp butter
½ c finely chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 c coarsely chopped spinach
14 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped
8 oz cream cheese
½ c mayo
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
½ c grated Parmesan cheese
2 dashes hot pepper sauce
¼ c finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In medium sauce pan, melt butter. Add onion and garlic and cook 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook 3-5 minutes until onion is cooked and spinach is tender, stirring frequently. Stir in artichokes, cream cheese, mayo, cheeses and pepper sauce. Transfer to ungreased 1½ quart casserole dish and bake 40 minutes.
Top with pecans. Bake 10 minutes more.
