2 cups Warm Water
1 Tbsp Yeast
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
3 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Wheat Gluten
1 Tbsp Powdered Milk
¾ cup White Flour
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl of Kitchenaide mix together water, yeast, sugar and oil. Let sit for about 5 minutes to let the yeast bloom.
In a separate bowl mix together all dry ingredients.
Pour all dry ingredients into bowl with yeast mixture. Mix with dough hook for 10 minutes, scraping down sides occasionally.
Flour or grease countertop and scrape dough out of bowl. Divide into 4 even portions and form into loafs.
Place in greased mini loaf pans and proof for 20 minutes.
Place in 350ºf oven and bake for 15 minutes.
