1 prepared yellow cake
1 large pkg. prepared vanilla instant pudding
½ pt. whipping cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. strawberries
1 pt. blueberries
4 kiwi
1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges


Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake; cool. Prepare pudding; cool. Whip whipping cream until peaks are stiff. Add sugar and vanilla and beat again. Slice strawberries and kiwi.

In a deep, clear glass bowl, layer: 1/3 of the cake, torn into pieces, 1/3 of the pudding, and assorted fruit. Ring the bowl with rows of fruit to show through the glass. Continue layers of cake, pudding and fruit. Garnish top with whipped cream and fruit.
