Notes: Well what is better when you live on Cape Cod than having a wonderful lobster roll on a nice summer day after a day at the beach?
Lobster rolls are refreshing and delectable all at once. The flavors are subtle because of course it is mostly lobster.
My kids just love them and Sam, Sam, Andrea and I especially enjoyed them during our COVID-19 quarantine time, as we socially distanced ourselves outside in the backyard this summer.
Please enjoy these and pass along the recipe!! :)
