1 cake of yeast (I use 2)
1/2 c warm water
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs - slightly beaten
2 c warm water
1/2 c shortening - melted and cooled
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast, 1/2 cup warm water and sugar - soak 10 minutes
Then add the eggs, 2 cups warm water, shortening
Mix 3 c flour, 1 t salt and 1/2 c sugar together and add to yeast mixture
Beat well with beater
Add enough flour to make a soft dough (about 3-4 cups)
stir well

Store in refrigerator 8 hours before using. Will keep in fridge about a week

Form into rolls and bake in muffin tins or on cookie sheet
(or roll in butter and cinnamon and put in well buttered muffin tine for cinnamon rolls)

Bake 10-12 minutes at 375º
