1 lb. bulk sausage (or 2 c. diced ham)
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pie crust shell-unbaked
3 eggs
¾ c. 1/2 & 1/2
Parsley flakes to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion flakes to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Fry sausage until brown; drain well. Spread in pie shell and top with cheese and seasonings.
3. Mix together eggs and 1/2 & 1/2. Beat well and pour over sausage/cheese mix.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
