New potatos (red) - boil until al dente, drain and cool
Red onion, sliced

About 2/3 cup vegetable oil
about 1/3 cup cider vineger
salt an pepper to taste
paprika, about 1-2 teas.?

Slice potatoes and red onion

Cook oil, vinegar and seasonings in a saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Pour over the potatoes and onions.
THis is from memory, while cooking with grandma telling me what to put in. If you have more potatoes, use more oil/vinegar and a little more paprika. If Victoria remembers a different recipe, I hope she will tell us!
