3 egg whites (room temp)
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips (reg or mini)
1 cup nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350°

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar gradually until stiff peaks. Fold in rest of ingredients. Drop by spoonful's on aluminum foil, or use smallest cookie scoop. Sprinkle with red or green sugar, or colored sprinkles before baking.

Put pan in oven, turn oven OFF. Leave over night.
